Sister Wives began when Christopher and Robyn Alesich noticed that mainstream dating sites overlooked people seeking committed poly relationships. What started in 2008 as a small community has grown into a trusted home where polygamous, polyamorous, and ethically non-monogamous people meet, learn, and build lasting bonds.
We invest in safety, moderation, and education so members feel welcome and respected. Over the years we have partnered with media and researchers to bring real stories to light, including work with TLC on casting the first season of Seeking Sister Wife. We remain privately owned and operated by Matchmakers Inc. with a simple belief, love is love.

While plural marriages are not yet legally recognized, Sister Wives provides a supportive space for people in committed ethical non-monogamous, polyamorous, and polygamous relationships to connect, learn, and grow together.
