3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• Transfer or share your account with any other person or entity.
• Create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
• Attempt to circumvent or bypass any security measures or payment systems, including adding personal contact information to your profile to avoid our payment wall. This is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
• Ask for, receive, or send money to any other user on the platform. Soliciting financial transactions of any kind between users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Profile Picture Requirements
6.1 Mandatory Profile Picture: All members are required to upload a current photograph that clearly displays their face as their profile picture. The photograph must be a true representation of the member and should not be altered or obscured in a way that misrepresents identity.
6.2 Compliance and Enforcement: Compliance with this requirement is mandatory. Failure to upload a compliant profile picture may result in the suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a profile picture meets these requirements.
7. Content Ownership and License
7.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you post or upload ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and our business, including for marketing and promotional purposes.
7.2 Our Content: All content on the Service, other than User Content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any such content without our prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service, including but not limited to the "Sister Wives" wordmark and logos, are registered trademarks of Matchmakers Inc. The registrations include:
• Wordmark "Sister Wives": International Classes 25 and 45, Registration No. 6584950.
• Sister Wives Logo: International Class 45, Registration No. 6492349.
• Sister Wives Icon: International Class 45, Registration No. 6492351.
8.2 Copyright and Other Rights: All materials on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Matchmakers Inc. or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
8.3 Prohibited Use: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Service or its content without our express written permission.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

13. Advertising on Sister Wives
13.1 Prohibited Activities: Members are strictly prohibited from promoting products, services, casting calls, or television promotions on Sister Wives without obtaining prior written consent from Sister Wives (Matchmakers Inc.).
13.2 Legal Action: Any individual or business found engaging in unauthorized promotions on Sister Wives without obtaining the necessary written consent from Sister Wives (Matchmakers Inc.) may be subject to legal actions in the State of Arkansas, County of Carroll.
13.3 Liability for Damages: The offending party (whether an individual or a business entity) may be held liable for any and all damages incurred by Sister Wives (Matchmakers Inc.) as a result of such unauthorized activities. This includes, but is not limited to, actual damages, consequential damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs associated with enforcement.
13.4 Purpose: These measures are in place to ensure the fair and appropriate use of the platform, maintaining a positive experience for all our users. 14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Carroll County, Arkansas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14.2 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.3 Exclusive Jurisdiction: You and Matchmakers Inc. agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Carroll County, Arkansas, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
18. Communications
We may contact you via email, phone, or messages within the Service regarding updates, promotions, or other relevant information.
19. Account Termination Procedures
• You may delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.
• To cancel recurring memberships, you must submit a cancellation request at least seven days before your next billing cycle. If subscribed through a third-party app store (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store), you must cancel through that platform.
• Upon account deletion, your profile and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
20. Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Sister Wives. We want to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please review our refund policy below:
• All Sales are Final: Unless under exceptional circumstances, all purchases made on Sister Wives are considered final and non-refundable.
• Refunds in Case of Fraud: We take fraud seriously and will issue refunds in cases of proven fraudulent activity, such as unauthorized credit card use due to stolen information.
• Eligibility for Refund: If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to fraudulent activity, you may request one by contacting us via email at contact@sisterwives.com or by phone at 1-601-514-0787.
• Providing Necessary Information: When making a refund request, please provide relevant details about the incident, along with any supporting evidence that validates your claim.
• Review and Processing: Each refund request will be thoroughly reviewed by our team to ensure its validity. We aim to process eligible refunds promptly once the verification process is complete.
• Exceptions: Please note that we may make exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations involving extenuating circumstances. These exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Sister Wives.
• Terms of Service Violations: Refunds will not be issued for account suspensions or terminations resulting from violations of our Terms of Service.
21. Friendly Fraud
In cases of chargebacks or disputes initiated without valid reason ("Friendly Fraud"), we reserve the right to:
• Apply a late fee of $100 to the outstanding amount.
• Assign the debt to a collection agency.
• Report the debt to credit bureaus.
• Pursue civil and criminal charges as applicable.
22. Legal Compliance
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to your use of the Service.
• We do not support or condone any illegal activities, including polygamy/bigamy where prohibited by law.
• Relationships involving individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account termination and may be reported to authorities.
• The term "sister wives" refers to polyamorous relationships and does not endorse or promote incestuous relationships.
• We reserve the right to suspend any account engaging in inappropriate use of the Service, including promoting illegal activities or violating these Terms.
• We may report any misuse or illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
• You agree to be solely responsible for any legal fees incurred by Matchmakers Inc. due to your infringement of these Terms.
