These things here are spoken of a man, and not the Lord. However, I believe there is much wisdom in our brother Paul here.

He agrees, it is good for a man not to touch a woman. It's messy, risky, troublesome in the flesh, and in the eternal view in light of the power of God, one may even say vain. They do not marry nor are given in marriage in the Resurrection.

1Co 7:2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

To avoid fornication we marry, because we love God and the opposite sex is the greatest weapon we have against fornication. To have, means she is available, and ready for service in love for her husband, as the husband likewise is for his wife.

1Co 7:3 Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.

Due benevolence. This body is for your pleasure and use (within limits of course, let us not hurt each other) to help us with our sexual needs as well as fulfilling the blessing God gave us on the 6th day when he told us to go forth, be fruitful and multiply.

1Co 7:4 The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.

The power to realize that blessing of sexual relationship sanctified in God's righteousness does not come of one's own body, but another's in the begetting and raising of children.This is God's purpose for marriage, and with God's blessing the proper gift of married men is what the world thinks is their greatest weakness, which is their own strength and intense sex drive.

1Co 7:5 Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. That great temptation is to forget how good our God is from the beginning and how it increased after Noah, we can eat and drink what we want, and be satisfied sexually while increasing the kingdom of the Lord Jesus here in this world. The meek shall inherit the earth. The great temptation is also to turn the blessing upon man into a curse. Nobody MUST get married and have children, nor is any woman truly obligated to give her body to another, even her husband, but the man truly is (if any provide not for his own he is worse than an unbeliever and has denied the faith) obligated to give his body for his wife, and soul as well as his spirit, but this desire to fulfill the blessing is impossible when living under the lie of obligatory monogamy, empowering Jezebel who holds sex over her husband. Surely, if your wife won't receive you, another will. Surely, if your husband won't do his duty to you, he will perish. Men, let the unbelieving depart but always leave room for her return, and women I desire that there would be a way back to the father of your children and that God saves his soul. 

1Co 7:6 But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment.

1Co 7:7 For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.

Paul wasn't married so he never had experiential knowledge of the secondary things of the flesh regarding sex and marriage, and acknowledged the same which is why he did not attribute his own words to the Lord (for the Lord is a Husband and his wife New Jerusalem, and all who hear me and receive me, his son). We are one.
